W Roundup
Indiana: Waived big Alanna Smith. The 25-year-old was averaging 4.3 points on a 43.3 true-shooting in 12.9 minutes.
Minnesota: Signed center Elissa Cunane, per Por Ellas. (The Next has yet to confirm this.) The outlet says she’ll be there for five games, and the only way the Lynx would have room for Cunane would be via hardship, and Minnesota had nine players play on Sunday, and big Natalie Achonwa was the only active Lynx not to play — meaning somebody has to be injured for the next two weeks if this report is accurate.
