- Rachel Banham: Her contract with Minnesota is for the minimum.
- Jordin Canada: Her contract with Los Angeles is a one-year deal for $98,000, per Rachel Galligan. Clearly the Sparks were okay handing Canada a significant raise for one year, but were not going to give her a second year, given that she didn’t sign until after her qualifying offer from Seattle was rescinded. Our Alex Simon pointed out that the maximum Phoenix could’ve feasibly offered was $97,000.
- Layshia Clarendon: Her contract with Minnesota is a one-year deal for $90,000, per Cohen. The Lynx now have 13 players under contract, plus the eighth overall pick in the draft. And they don’t have the cap space to roster more than 11 players.
