2023 WNBA awards
The WNBA began announcing its end-of-season awards on Sept. 11. The Kia WNBA Most Valuable Player award will be announced on Sept. 26, during the WNBA semifinals. Wilson won the award in 2022 after leading the eventual champion Aces to the No. 1 seed while averaging 19.5 points and 9.4 rebounds per game in the regular season. She also won the award in 2020. Stewart earned MVP honors in 2018 on her way to a WNBA championship with the Seattle Storm.
